Our pricing method is determined by the complexity of the project and is based on either an hourly rate or a per project cost. Our rate is $25.00 to $40.00 per hour for flat-rate projects and is billed in 15-minute increments. All prices quoted are in Canadian funds.
Monthly retainer packages, which offer a discounted hourly rate, are also available for those clients who know they will require assistance on a regular basis. Contact us for further details.
Certain project-specific charges (such as rush/weekend/holiday service, postage, special materials, late penalty, etc.) may also apply. These charges vary according to the nature of the job and special needs. The client will be notified in advance of any such charges.
A signed contract, outlining the specifics of the project, estimated cost, and payment terms, is required before work will commence. A 25%-50% deposit will also be required for all word processing and secretarial services. Payment is due in full prior to delivery of completed work unless alternative billing arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept payment by cheque by mail, cash, money order or certified cheque. A $35.00 service fee will be charged for NSF cheques.
